Easy Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you can return items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

How to Process a Return:

1. Start Your Return: Email us at shopprixfairinbox@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2. Pack and Ship: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Please ensure it's securely packed.
3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
